Booking Your Flight

You’ll just give us a call and let us know when you wish to travel and how many people will be joining you on your group flight. If there are any special requests, you’ll make them at this time. Upon receiving final confirmation of what you would like, we will then send you your itinerary. This acts as a confirmation for your flight and includes every segment of your flight, type of aircraft that will be used in transporting your group, and all special requests indicated at the time of booking. You will be notified by one of our dedicated associates, well in advance, if there are any delays in your flight.

Special Requests

Some special requests that are standard are space for excess luggage. This is no problem, as we have aircrafts that are able to accommodate a large amount of luggage. This is often the case when there is a team of fashion professionals traveling on one of our charter flights. We’re also asked for enough space for pets. This could be anything from birds to dogs. We’ll find an aircraft that will be able to accommodate any type of pet that you wish to transport. What we are saying is that there is no requests that is too big for us. All you have to do is ask.
